Well, we could write reports on it and the errors can be fixed easily. Yet, it would be important to organize the fixing of the tracktitles a bit. With some uses this can easily be dealt with.

Please don't send report concerning that. There are hundreds of albums that need to be fixed, and there are already hundreds of reports in the queue. We don't need to open the floodgates in there for such nitpicky problems, though I agree that it would be nice to fix them.

how to deal with the tracklist: are the 'parts' different songs or just parts that appear in a song... any ideas?

Perhaps:

Part I is titled "Materialism" and is by Forgotten Kadath
Part II is titled "Escapism" and is by Atropos (Ita)
Part III is titled "Childhood" and is by both Forgotten Kadath and Atropos (Ita)

1. Part I - Agnosticism
2. Part I - Emotions
3. Part I - Intropection
4. Part II - Imagination
5. Part II - Dream
6. Part II - Creativity
7. Part III - Spontaneity
8. Part III - Curiousity
9. Part III - Vitalism

I would go by the belief that if a part is officially divided into sub-parts, the sub-parts should be "tracks" in themselves, and any information about the part as a whole (like its title or full length) should go in the additional notes. At least, that is how it's usually done with certain classical music works.
