Ive never hard a worse experience than ordering from this guy. Will not ship the cds, will not give me a refund, and will not reply back to emails. Ive ordered about 1000 cds online and this guy/distro is the absolute worst.

I quit ordering from him like 10 years ago... when the Necroharmonic board was still functioning.

His releases are good so if you wanna get them, get it from distros which stock his stuff. He is slow but definitely delivers his package in time.

Paragon Records carries some of his releases! They're running a sale right now as well... as far as I know... they still are!!

Roy is only slow as fuck and too lazy to answer, but he's not a rip-off. Good distro, I've received Wombbath and Mastication / Exhumed cds yesterday after more 40 days from order.

It has been more than three weeks and my package has not yet arrived. Does anybody know ANY further contact details than his email and the company's email? Like a phone number or address where I can reach him? This is complete bullshit I never had such a horrid experience with ordering anything in my life. All I want is a fucking Gorement shirt!!!

Truth be told...

I placed an order back in May with him. I got 5 of the 7 CD's I ordered. I contacted him asking for a refund & he said he was out of the 2 Nominon CD's I paid for. He said they would ship as soon as he got them back in stock. I contacted him again a month or so later & no response. Is a 7 month wait being impatient & annoying? Anyway lesson learned I will never order from him again.

That's a sad tale, sir... or ma'am...

Hopefully you got a refund... perhaps that was the quickest solution to ask for in the first place...

Anyways that is too bad for Necroharmonic... they need to shape up... for they are losing customers now...

Still you may had problems, there´s no fucking way to first, no answer mails FROM YOUR COSTUMERS, and second, if u are having those problems, DON´T GET THE FUCKING MONEY brother,, you´re running a label/shop and this of course is not going to resolve your problems, i was thinking time ago to order some items from you, but be sure that not only i will not, i´ll also try to avoid everybody i know to order from your label.

damn..hes not responding to email again. 1 shirt is missing from my order plus 2 EPs i got from him are warped (sent WITHOUT any protection, just dumped into an USPS mailer!!!).

I ordered Waking the Cadaver's first album from Necroharmonic and waited for like a month. I finally shot him an e-mail...never got a response, but my CD showed up a week later with a free copy of Incantation's Blasphemous Cremation which I'd been wanting for a while. I was satisfied no matter how you slice it.

So, it's not only the Italian Custom which sucks...Always ask to cross the gift option with a very low value when you order from USA. Roy is ok, you have to wait a lot sometimes but you receive the stuff you paid for, sometimes with some bonuses, like it has always happened to me.
