The Darkspace demo was never on CD either as far as I am aware, it was ONLY ever released on digital download.

CD ONLY and normal jewelcases strongly preferred !!!
and ONLY the release that's mentioned, no repress/re-releases if they are not mentioned and no US presses if the original press was european.
